A Tribute to First Responders

 

Last night, our community of first responders rallied around our hospital in Easy County San Diego, giving so many of us the reminder that we need: we are supported and seen.

I am honored to work beside these men and women - the San Diego Sheriff's Department, San Diego PD, La Mesa PD, all of our local FD, paramedics, and flight transport - we have always had each other's backs, and while we have always *known* that, tonight was incredibly special and moving. Thank you for showing us your love.
